Working together will make the entire Ports-to-Plains Region stronger economically.
The Economic Development Coalition wishes to provide a method of making connections between economic development professionals serving our member communities.  Initially this will be provided by two formats. Each of these formats will be limited to registered members of the Economic Development Coalition.

Very fast Registration provides access, upon approval, to a members only section of the website which requires a login with password.

Connection Network

As you will note, after you register, you will be identifying your top skills along with every other registrant.  this information will be in a searchable database that will allow you to find other professionals with specific skills that could be helpful for you to connect.

For example: If you want to connect with coalition members with a top skill of Redevelopment in communities of a certain size, you will be able to obtain a listing of members with those skills.

Economic Development Forum

Once registered, the user will also have access to an electronic forum that will allow further interaction between member professional economic developers.  This will be an open forum that will allow discussion, questions and answers, requests for assistance and resources, etc.

We hope that this forum will allow members to reach out if a business in their area is needing a specific resource and make those business to business connections across the Ports-to-Plains Alliance Region.
